As precaution run your anti-virus software and completely uninstall TVPaint 10.0.16. ġ0.0.16 is an old version from over 2 years ago (and long unavailable for download from ), so I can only assume the version you are using was downloaded from some other site, so it may have a virus hidden in it by the pirates who hacked it. I think when you receive your unlock code for TVPaint 11 you should uninstall both versions, then reinstall TVPaint 11, register it, and then immediately update to TVPaint 11.0.1.
I also want to thank the team that is working on this magnificent work of art and everyone who supports it. I've been using TVPaint 10.0.16 for a couple months and it is truly an amazing program, so I went ahead and purchased TVPaint 11 Pro.
